Bike to Work 2006 Pictures

Seems like everybody obeyed this traffic sign!

The Bike Blender was a big hit. Jim Fowler of VW Bugshop is the unofficial, but shameless spokesperson for Bike Blender. Jim has traveled around the country promoting alternative ways of generating power with bikes.

The Bike Blender just sits on top of the Xtracycle's rails.

Here's Lisa of TAMC making her morning smoothie.

Here's the ever popular Jessie May giving out free massages to cyclists. If you are in the Monterey area, give her a call at 656-9510 to set-up an appointment. Dave sure seems to appreciate Jessie showing up.
Kevin Cummins won the one hour free massage from Jesse. Thanks for the donation Jessie.
Katie, Light & Motion's Admin Director, is getting a different kind of adjustment (helmet) from Winning Wheels' owner Hector Chavez. Katie, the ever dedicated Bike to Work cyclist limped into the booth with a flat tire and Hector fixed it! What a gentleman.
Here's our sales manager Eric hanging in his much beloved 1972 VW bus "Lemon Drop." Lemon Drop is a key transportation vehicle for Light & Motion.

Many of Monterey's bike community were hanging at Light & Motion's booth.

Scott from Veltec with our very own Eric Squires.

Light & Motion's Trish Jones with TAMC's Christina. Trish and Christina were up at an early 4:30am to serve breakfast this morning.
Monterey Coast Weekly Publisher Erik Cushman working for his smoothie.
Eric with his daughter Holley, who stopped off for breakfast on the way to school.
Despite fighting an ear infection, our bookkeeper DD rallied with her mom Lolita.
Robin, key mechanic at Joselyn's Bicycles takes in the scene.
