LIGHT & MOTION LIGHTS THE WAY FOR TOP 24 HOUR AND ADVENTURE RACERS

MONTEREY, Calif. (March 3, 2005) - Recognized by both the buying public and industry professionals for their innovative bicycle lighting systems, Light & Motion is has garnered even more recognition as the TREK Volkswagen squad has added them to the 2005 equipment list of it's powerhouse endurance team. The TREK/VW elite racing team led by 5-time Solo 24 Hours of Adrenalin World Champion Chris Eatough will be tearing up the night behind the Light & Motion ARC and Solo Logic Li-ion lighting systems. Joining Chris will be MTB racing veteran Sue Heywood as well as other members of the Trek Volkswagen Factory Racing Team who will be competing at select regional NORBA and 24hr events.

Other world class athletes using Light & Motion lighting systems will be the Subaru Gary Fisher duo of Cameron Chambers of the Team as well as the Maverick American Team featuring; Abby Hippely, Ariel Lindsley and the 2003 24 Hour Solo National and World Champion, Cristina Begy.

All the athletes will be using Light & Motion's sub 600 gram HID system the ARC Li-ion supplemented by the ultra light, (under 400 grams) and adjustable Solo Logic Mv. "Both systems are super reliable and provide all the illumination world class athletes need to perform at their best after the sun goes down" remarked Piller.

In addition to National and World Champion 24 hour racers Light & Motion is supplying Team Sole as well as Team Montrail Adventure Racing with technical lighting systems to help them dominate the biking segments in their respective discipline.
