Li-ion Cub Battery Pack

Barely larger than a deck of cards, weighing just over 180g (less than 7 oz!) and putting out an amazing 11.1 volts, the rechargeable
Li-ion Cub battery has the oomph that's required to get you through your ride.

The battery is so compact and light that you’ll hardly know it’s attached to your frame or stowed in your jersey pocket.

Charging:

The Light & Motion Stella 180-L features our proprietary Multi Chem Charger technology. It quickly charges the light to full power in under two hours. The smart charger monitors the battery voltage and shuts off to protect from overcharging. Convenient LED readout gives you battery status.

Additionally, the Multi Chem Charger accepts wall voltage from 90-260 volts, so charging in the United States as well as internationally is not a problem.

Mounting:

The Stella comes with our standard and over-sized (25.8-31.8) compatible bar mount.
Multi-adjustable and simple our mounts let you put the light where you need it and keep it there.

Stella can also be mounted on your helmet (mount included) or on our new Multi Sport Head Strap (purchased separately).

Power Settings:

The Stella features multiple power settings, giving its user between 5.0 and 20.0 hours of usable light. The Stella also has a Read Mode (40 hrs.), a flash Mode (100+ hrs.), and low battery warning/auto shut off.

Beam:

Stella’s proprietary custom reflector focuses the kind of smooth, even beam pattern that Light & Motion is famous for. Stella gives you a clean swath of light that is focused in the center yet provides plenty of broad fill light to ride behind.

Simply put, Stella provides twice as much light as the comparable single-LED systems currently available. By making use of the latest LED technology, Stella provides 180 lumens of ultra-white light, burn times surpassing 5.0 hrs on the highest setting and a total system weight of 300g!

Reserve Mode/Shutoff:

Batteries don't like to be fully drained. (Who does?) The blue button on the top of the Stella light head will begin to flash quickly when you have approximately 15 minutes of run time left. If you continue to run the light it will shut off automatically to protect the battery cells from damage.
