Warranty Information

Light & Motion engineers its products to meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. As a result we enjoy some of the lowest warranty rates and fastest turn-around times in the industry.  All Light & Motion products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.  Any product determined by our repair technicians to be defective for reasons of improper workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced with new or functionally new product. Under no circumstances will Light & Motion be liable for consequential or incidental damage resulting from defective or non defective product.  Light & Motion does not cover product damaged as a result of a crash, abuse, misuse, or any unauthorized repair or modification.

Warranties apply only to product purchased from authorized resellers.  Systems purchased from non authorized resellers, including eBay, will not be covered under warranty. All Light & Motion products purchased in the USA must be serviced in the USA. If you have purchased a Light & Motion product outside of the USA please contact your country’s distributor: List of International Distributors.

Return Procedure

To obtain warranty or repair service please contact your local Light & Motion Authorized Dealer to proceed with any claim. Be prepared to give the dealer as much information as possible regarding your issue to help them troubleshoot your system. A full dealer listing can be found here: Authorized Dealer Locator .

Period of Warranty

60-day:    Halogen Bulbs
180-Day:  Battery Packs
1-year:     HID Bulbs, ballasts, chargers, circuit boards, cables and connectors
2-Year:     All Vega components excluding battery
Lifetime:   Molded Parts 

Out of Warranty Service

Systems out of warranty will be charged a flat rate labor fee as follows;

Solo lighting systems $20
Solo Logic, Vega & Stella lighting systems $30
ARC lighting systems $40

The above charges include labor only.  There will be an additional cost for parts out of warranty.
