Our aluminum reflectors are simply more "reflective" than projector bulbs used by most bike lights manufacturers. Just look at MR-11 or MR-16 halogen projector bulb and notice how much light is shining out the back of the reflector. This is because projector reflectors were not designed for use in bike lights, but designed to keep the visible light spectrum away from the film plane. Our reflectors are designed for one thing: to produce the most light possible where you need it... in front of your bike. |
